RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zirva.store.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please note:
• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Return shipping instructions may vary depending on the item and supplier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.  If you are located outside Hong Kong SAR, return shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Request and complete an approved return

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This right does not apply to items that are exempt under EU consumer law, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
