Cancel Order Policy

At ZIRVA, we get that sometimes plans need to change. That's why we've made our order cancellation policy both simple and accommodating.

Cancellation Window – Act Quickly:

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, for any reason. This window allows time to review your order and make changes if needed.

Once this 30-minute period has passed, your order is automatically queued for processing and preparation.

How to Cancel:

To request a cancellation within the 30-minute window, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.  Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation was successful.

Beyond the 30 Minutes:

After 30 minutes, orders are typically already being prepared for shipment. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to follow our Refund Policy instead.

This policy helps us ensure fast order fulfillment and timely delivery for all customers.
